Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has issued a ministerial decision No.57/2022 to amend the list of values, prices and fees collected by the Ministry.
Article one of the decision said that a new item No. (15) is added to Annex No. (6) attached to the list of values, fees and prices collected by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, which reads as follows: “The fee for assignment of the usufruct right is three per cent of the market value of the usufruct right (including existing facilities).”
