Muscat: Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced the resumption of the process of issuance and renewal of Omani passports starting today, March 15.
In January this year, ROP announced the temporary suspension of issuance and renewal of the Omani passport except for cases that require travel.
A statement from Royal Oman Police said, “That delay in the arrival of the new contracted passports is due to the global effects of COVID-19.”
