Muscat: Lists of goods subject to value-added tax at zero per cent were put in clear places in shops in North Al Batinah Governorate for easy access to consumers, the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) said.
“The Department of Consumer Protection in North Al Batinah Governorate, in cooperation with shops, puts lists of goods subject to value-added tax at the zero per cent in clear places in the shops to make it easier for the consumer to read, follow up and compare them, ” CPA said in a statement.
