Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) is calling on citizens and residents to abide by the decisions of the Supreme Committee to avoid any violations that may lead to the closure of non-compliant mosques.
Oman News Agency,(ONA), said: “The Royal Oman Police calls on citizens and residents to abide by the decisions of the Supreme Committee regarding precautionary measures during the blessed month of Ramadan.”
It added that it will work in cooperation with the competent authorities charged with following up on violators, stopping anyone who violates the decisions issued in this regard, and issuing notices according to the list stipulated previously.
ROP called for adherence to avoid any violation that may lead to the closure of non-compliant mosques, and asked for people to report any violations by calling the number (1099).
