ISG student contributes to history in the making

Muscat: Aadil Fatah Salam, a class 9 student of Indian School Al Ghubra was awarded by the Australian Government with a Certificate of Grant – Innovation Patent on 30 March 2022. Aadil who was a significant constituent of a ten-member team devised a unique device. The team-designed project was an IOT controlled tilt indicating device. With the aid of this innovative device, certain measures could be set in regions with a particular degree of tilt. The user of the device would thus, receive a notification. An interesting blend of communication using both GPS and Wi-Fi, makes this IOT tilt indicating device extremely ingenious and a cut above the rest in the market. The innovators of this path-breaking technology claim that by using GPS, one is able to pinpoint its strategic location and also communicate with it. Ms. Papri Ghosh, the Principal, Indian School al Ghubra, commended Aadil on his fantastic achievement and encouraged him to continue thinking out of the box and dreaming big in the pursuit of his goals.
