The Sultanate of Oman and the United States of America signed an agreement that allowed spouses of official employees in diplomatic missions to work in non-governmental organizations in the receiving country, according to a statement.
The agreement was signed by Mohammed bin Nasser bin Hamad al-Wahaibi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Ambassador Leslie M. Tsou, Ambassador of the United States of America accredited to the Sultanate.
This agreement allows spouses of official employees of diplomatic missions to work in non-governmental organizations in the receiving State.
The signing of this agreement stems from the distinguished relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the United States of America, and the desire of both countries to enhance and develop cooperation between them.
