Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Head of the Commonwealth on the occasion of her birthday.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of good health and happiness to Queen Elizabeth II.
His Majesty also wished the British people further progress and prosperity.
