Ingredients
Potato, 2, big boiled
Pizza sauce half cup
Mozzarella cheese half cup
Mix capsicum half cup
Mix herbs as required
Olives sliced as required
Preparation
Boil potatoes until done.
Once cool cut in half inch thick round slices.
Apply some pizza sauce.
Add mozzarella cheese
Add some chopped veg and olive slices.
Sprinkle mixed herbs.
Bake for 10 minutes, until done.
Serve hot.
