Muscat: The Ministry of Agricultural and Fisheries Wealth and Water Resources has confirmed the availability of agricultural produce before Eid al-Fitr.
The Ministry said the same after a follow-up at the central markets for vegetables and fruits.
Specialists, in cooperation with their counterparts in the Consumer Protection Authority, visited the Central Market for Vegetables and Fruits and Sohar Central Market for Vegetables and Fruits on Tuesday in order to find out the movement of the markets in terms of the availability of local and imported agricultural products and to ensure price stability for consumers ahead of the blessed Eid al-Fitr.
