Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Cyril Ramaphosa of the Republic of South Africa on his country’s National Day.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes to President Ramaphosa and the people of his country.
