Muscat: The coastal areas of Dhofar Governorate have witnessed isolated rainfall today.
The General Directorate of Meteorology had announced early morning today the chances of isolated rain along the coastal areas of Dhofar Governorate and adjoining mountains and some parts of desert area which may witness thundershower.
“The weather in general is clear over the rest of Sultanate of Oman’s governorates with the possibility of cumulus clouds forming and scattered rain over the Al Hajar Mountains during the afternoon and evening, and the possibility of low clouds or fog forming late at night over the governorates of South Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta,” the weather forecast read today.
