- Royal Decree appointing Hilal bin Ali Al-Sabti as the new Minster of Health.
- Royal Decree appointing Muhammad Al-Maamari as the new Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs.
- Royal Decree appointing Salim Al Aufi as the new Minister of Energy and Minerals.
- Royal Decree regulating the administration of judicial affairs.
- Royal Decree defining the functions of the Ministry of Interior and approving its organizational structure.
- Royal Decree amending some provisions of the Municipal Councils Law.
- Royal Decree transferring the jurisdiction of inventory and valuation of property from the Ministry of Interior to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
- Royal Decree issuing the provincial system.
- Royal Decree appointing Sheikh Ghosn bin Hilal bin Khalifa Al Alawi as Head of the State’s Financial and Administrative Control Authority at the rank of Minister.
- Royal decree appointing governors.
- Royal Decree appointing Sayyed Mohammed bin Sultan Al Busaidi as Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council, with the same rank and financial allocations.
