Recipe of the week: Pancake Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups pancake mix
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
Mini chocolate chips or blueberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Mix together pancake mix, milk, eggs and maple syrup.
Add the blueberries or chocolate chips and pour into a greased muffin tray till half full.
Bake for 15 mins or until toothpick comes out clean .
Serve warm .
