Muscat: Dr Hilal Ali Hilal Al Sabti, Minister of Health, issued on Thursday a ministerial circular regulating working hours of primary health care institutions.
The decision comes to address the importance of meeting the needs of the society and the geographic and demographic dimensions of the population. According to the circular, health services and programmes will be gradually reactivated, in order to reach comprehensive health coverage.
The Ministry will publish names and locations of the healthcare centres that will be reactivated along with their working hours starting from the next week.
