Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine on his country’s Independence Day anniversary.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his best wishes to President Zelensky and the people of Ukraine.
