Muscat: A major power outage has been reported in various parts of Muscat and other governorates.
With traffic signals not working in many places, motorists have been urged to exercise caution and drive safe.
No official statement has been issued on the outage at the time of writing this report.
“The electricity main interconnected system is facing partial blackout, the restoration of supply is under process by Oman Electricity Transmission Company,” the official statement said.
