Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, paid a visit to Thumrait Air Base of the Royal Air Force of Oman on Monday.
His Majesty the Sultan was received by Major General Pilot Khamis bin Hammad Al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman, commander of Thumrait Air Base, and commanders of wings and squadrons at the base.
As part of the visit, HM reviewed many aircraft, and inspected models of the advanced air systems of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
