Muscat: Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr al Said, Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan, left here on Thursday heading to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
HH Sayyid Fatik will deliver a written message from His Majesty to Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan, UAE President.
