Dubai: An Indian expatriate from Kerala has become the winner of the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Milestone Series 400.
Mohammed Nazarudeen who owns an IT business in the UAE became the new $1 millionaire. He had bought the ticket on August 31. Thanking the Dubai Duty Free, Nazarudeen said it would change his life.
