Muscat: The Special Envoy of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik is heading to the UAE to deliver a written message from His Majesty to the President of the United Arab Emirates.
Oman News Agency (ONA) reported: “Commissioned by His Majesty the Sultan, His Highness Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr Al Said, the Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan, heads to the sisterly United Arab Emirates to deliver a written message from the country’s King to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.”
