Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a written message to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
Oman News Agency (ONA) said: “His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a written message to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, relating to the strong brotherly relations that bind the two brotherly countries and peoples.
