Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman transported consumables to the citizens of a remote village in the Wilayat of Rustaq, and they did so due to the difficulty of delivering them by road.
The Ministry of Defence said: “Royal Air Force of Oman, with the support of the Royal Army of Oman, flew one of its helicopters to the people of the town of Yaqa in the Wilayat of Rustaq in the Governorate of South Al Batinah Governorate, to transport consumables to the people of those areas and to facilitate the task of delivering supplies to the citizens through these roads due to the difficulty of these roads.”
The Ministry added: “This comes within the framework of national efforts and development services provided by the Oman’s Armed Forces to citizens.”
