Muscat: The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, represented by the Centre for Civilization Studies, organized on Thursday a symposium titled “Omani Narrative History”.
The symposium was held at the Cultural Club under the auspices of Eng Said Muhammad al Saqlawi, Member of the State Council and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Omani Society for Writers and Literati.
The themes of the symposium cover the areas of archiving of narrative history, exploring past experiences, investment and innovation in narrative history materials.
The symposium included an exhibition showcasing publications of the Centre for Civilization Studies on narrative history.
