Muscat: As the Sultanate of Oman is on date with a two-hour partial solar eclipse on Tuesday, October 25 from 2:50 pm with its peak to be at 3: 57 pm, the Ministry of Education, in coordination with competent authorities (MoE) has suspended evening classes, while morning classes will end after the sixth class.
Students will resume their evening classes on Wednesday, October 26.
Meanwhile, the ministry calls on public to exercise caution and avoid direct looking at the sun.
