من منطلق حرصه على المشاركة في مختلف الفعاليات والمناشط للتعريف بخدماته ومنتجاته المختلفة، شارك ميثاق للصيرفة الإسلامية من بنك مسقط، في ملتقى الأجهزة المسؤولة عن الزكاة بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي واللقاء الأول للجان الزكاة بسلطنة عُمان والذي أقيم مؤخرًا في متحف عُمان عبر الزمان، وذلك بمشاركة عدد من المسؤولين من الأجهزة المسؤولة عن الزكاة بدول مجلس التعاون إضافة إلى أعضاء لجان الزكاة التابعة لوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الدينية، كما تضمن الملتقى مجموعة من الأنشطة تشمل معرض لجان الزكاة حول إدارتها وأعمالها وجلسات نقاشية لأعضاء هذه اللجان.
وخلال الأيام الثلاثة للملتقى، عرض ميثاق من خلال جناحه الخاص مجموعة الخدمات والمنتجات المبتكرة حيث يعد ميثاق الرائد في تقديم أفضل الخدمات والتسهيلات المصرفية المتوافقة مع مبادئ وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في القطاع المصرفي العماني. سهّلت الخدمات المصرفية الحديثة التي يقدمها ميثاق للزبائن تنفيذ العديد من المعاملات بكل سهولة ويسر منها على سبيل المثال كيفية احتساب الزكاة وسهولة دفع مبالغ الزكاة والصدقة عبر الخدمات المصرفية عبر الإنترنت والهاتف النقال.

Meethaq Islamic Banking from Bank Muscat participated recently in the GCC forum on zakat and the first meeting for zakat committees in Oman held at Oman Across Ages Museum. The forum was attended by authorities responsible for managing and distributing zakat in the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and members from zakat committees affiliated with the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs. It included as part of its activities an exhibition for zakat committees and panel discussions for committees’ members.
