أختتم مركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات بنجاح مؤخرا ( البرامج التدريبي الأول ) من حزمة البرامج والخدمات التي تقدمها العلامة التجارية “عزم” للدفعة الأولى من المنتسبين بعنوان “ابتكار نموذج العمل التجاري” بالتعاون مع مؤسسة الجسر للأعمال الخيرية. حضر الفعالية الفاضل بدر اليحيائي، المدير العام المساعد بالمديرية العامة لشؤون الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة التابعة لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، والفاضلة دينا الخليلي، مدير عام مؤسسة الجسر والفاضل علي شاكر، رئيس قطاع تطوير الأعمال والشراكات بمركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات، إلى جانب عدد من المدراء والأخصائيين بمراكز التأهيل المنتسبة للعلامة التجارية “عزم”.
لقد تضمن البرنامج التدريبي ورش عمل وزيارات ميدانية إلى المراكز المشاركة من قبل المستشارين بمركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات، واستمر هذا البرنامج مدة ٣ أسابيع متواصلة. وفي اليوم الأخير من البرنامج، عرض المشاركين نماذج الأعمال التجارية التي تم تطوريها خلال فترة التدريب ، كما تم تسليط الضوء على الأساليب المعتمدة في تطوير نموذج الأعمال التجارية، مما يسهم في تمكين وفهم أفضل أساسيات الأعمال والمفاهيم لتحويل صناعات ذوي الإعاقة الى مشاريع تجارية مستدامة.
وحول هذه المبادرة قال الفاضل بدر اليحيائي المدير العام المساعد بالمديرية العامة لشؤون الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة : نسعى من خلال هذه الشراكة مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص إلى تمكين رواد الاعمال من ذوي الإعاقة لإنشاء مشاريعهم التجارية وتطويرها بهدف تمكينهم من إدارة صناعاتهم تجاريا بكل كفاءة وإقتدار وبأساليب علمية. ويأتي هذا في إطار استراتيجية الوزارة لدعم قدرات رواد الاعمال من ذوي الإعاقة ومؤسسات التأهيل المنتجة. كما شكر اليحيائي المستشارين بمركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات وفريق مؤسسة الجسر للاعمال الخيرية على دورهم اللامحدود في نجاح هذه المرحلة . وأكد على أهمية هذا المشروع في تحسين الأوضاع الاقتصادية لذوي الإعاقة وتعزيز وضعهم المادي، معربًا عن أمله في أن يساهم بشكل كبير في تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
ومن جانبها قالت ثريا بنت ماجد المحروقية أخصائية الأعمال بمركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات: أن ابتكار نموذج العمل التجاري للمنتجات المصنعة في المراكز التأهيلية تمثل خطوة هامة نحو تطوير واستدامة المنتجات، حيث تم البناء على الخطة التنفيذية التي وضعها المستشارين بمركز الزبير في هذه المرحلة. وأكدت أن الحزمة الأولى من البرامج والخدمات التي تقدمها عزم للدفعة الأولى من المنتسبين ستتضمن استراتيجيات التسويق وتطوير الهوية البصرية وفنون التعبئة والتغليف للمنتجات المسجلة لدى عزم. وسيتم أيضاً تنفيذ ورش تدريبية في مجالات التسويق الحديثة للمنتسبين. وأشارت إلى أن مبادرة ” عزم” تسعى إلى إحداث تحول كبير في منتجات ذوي الإعاقة والمساهمة في تعزيز استدامتها وتمهيد الطريق نحو استقلالية الافراد ذوي الإعاقة اقتصاديا. أكدت أن هذا المشروع يتجسد في إطار التعاون الوثيق بين مؤسسات القطاع الخاص والحكومي ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في مجال تمكين رواد الأعمال ومساعدتهم في إنشاء وتطوير مشاريعهم التجارية. وأضافت: أن هذا يتماشى مع استراتيجية المركز في تعزيز ثقافة ريادة الاعمال بين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتمكينهم من تطوير مشاريعهم التجارية.
ومن جانبها قالت صالحة العلوية مسؤول أول بقسم المشاريع في مؤسسة الجسر للأعمال الخيرية: “نحن فخورون بهذه المبادرة حيث أنها تترجم مهمة المؤسسة في تمكين المجتمعات وضمان الانصاف في توفير الفرص لمختلف فئات المجتمع وبالأخص هذه الفئة المهمة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وقد ركزنا في الدفعة الأولى من المنتسبين للعلامة على مراكز التأهيل الحكومية في محافظة مسقط وضواحيها مثل المركز الوطني للتوحد ومركز التقييم والتأهيل المهني ومراكز الوفاء الاجتماعي في كلا من ولاية العامرات وولاية بدبد وذلك لجاهزية هذه المراكز في تصنيع منتجات ذات جودة وبكمية تجارية. ونتطلع بشغف رؤية نجاحات كبيرة تحققها هذه المشاريع في المستقبل القريب.
وأضافت العلوية بأن الخدمات التي تقدمها عزم تعمل على تسليط الضوء وإبراز منتجات المميزة التي يصنعها ذوي الإعاقة من أجل تساهم في رفع مستوى المبيعات. وتدعو أصحاب المنتجات من ذوي الإعاقة للتسجيل للعلامة للاستفادة من الخدمات والمزايا التي تقدمها العلامة.
ومن جانبها قالت الدكتورة نادية بنت علي العجمية مديرة المركز الوطني للتوحد: هذا المشروع يمثل خطوة مهمة وايجابية نحو تأهيل وتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مجال ريادة الأعمال، إن دمجهم في ريادة الاعمال يعزز من استغلال إمكانياتهم ويساعدهم على تحقيق استدامتهم المالية، اشارت بأن الوزارة تسعى لدعم مثل هذه المبادرات وتوجيه الجهود نحو توفير الفرص والموارد اللازمة لتحقيق أهدافها، يعكس هذا المشروع التفاني في تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي وتمكين كل فرد في مجتمعنا، او بالعمل مع جميع الشركاء لضمان نجاح مثل هذه المبادرة والمساهمة في تحسين حياة الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة . ونأمل من القطاع الخاص أن يقدم المزيد من الدعم لهم بهدف تمكينهم إجتماعيا ومساعدتهم على الإعتماد على أنفسهم في المستقبل.
و الجدير بالذكر أن العلامة التجارية “عزم” هي مبادرة أطلقتها مؤسسة الجسر للأعمال الخيرية بالتعاون مع وزارة التنمية الإجتماعية، بهدف إلى تعزيز ثقة المستهلك بمنتجات اللأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة التي تحمل شعار عزم وجعلها الخيار الأول له، وذلك من خلال بناء صورة ذهنية لديه بأن المنتجات التي تحمل هذه العلامة منتجات ذات جودة يمكن الوثوق بها لأنها تخضع لمعايير التصنيع الموحدة من حيث الجودة والمقاييس والتغليف.
ويعتبر مركز الزبير لتطوير المؤسسات أحد أهم المبادرات المنبثقة من رؤية “مؤسسة الزبير” الاستراتيجية لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية، والتي تعكس إيمان المؤسسة بمدى أهمية المؤسسات الصغيرة في النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني والمساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المستدامة. ويتميز المركز بمهنيته العالية وتنوع مجالات المعرفة التي يقدمها وتعدد خبراته المتراكمة من خلال دعمه وتواصله مع المؤسسات الصغيرة، وشبكة اتصالاته وشركائه الاستراتيجيين محلياً ودولياً.
Zubair EDC Successfully completes the innovative business model phase in collaboration with the Al-Jisr Foundation
Zubair Enterprises Development Centre (Zubair EDC) recently concluded the first training program under ‘AZM, designed for the inaugural group of associates titled “Business Model Innovation.” This initiative, carried out in collaboration with the Al Jisr Charitable Foundation, saw the active participation of prominent figures including Mr. Badr Al Yahyai, Assistant Director General of the General Directorate of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Social Development, Ms. Dina Al Khalili, Director General of Al Jisr Foundation, and Mr. Ali Shaker, Head of the Business Development and Partnerships Sector at Zubair EDC. The event also gathered various directors and experts from rehabilitation centres affiliated with AZM.
The three-week long training initiative comprised of workshops and on-site visits to centres involved, facilitated by consultants from Zubair EDC. During the final session, participants showcased business models they crafted throughout the training period. The methods employed in shaping these models were emphasised, underscoring their role in empowering individuals and enhancing comprehension of fundamental business principles. This knowledge aids in transforming sectors catering to people with disabilities into enduring and viable business ventures.
Mr. Badr Al Yahyai, Assistant Director General of the General Directorate for Persons with Disabilities, expressed, “Through our collaboration with private organisations, we aim to empower entrepreneurs with disabilities, enabling them to establish and advance their ventures. Our objective is to equip them with the skills to efficiently manage their industries, employing sound scientific methods. This initiative aligns with the Ministry’s strategy to bolster the capabilities of entrepreneurs with disabilities and enhance productive rehabilitation institutions. Al Yahyai also extended his gratitude to the advisors at Zubair EDC and the team from the Al Jisr Charitable Foundation for their invaluable contributions to the success of this stage.” He emphasised the significance of this project in enriching the financial situation of individuals with disabilities. He also expressed optimism that it would make a substantial contribution to the empowerment of people with special needs.
Thuraya Al Mahrouqi, Business Specialist at the Zubair EDC, noted the significance of modernising business models for products crafted in rehabilitation centres. She highlighted it as a crucial step toward product development and sustainability. Al Mahrouqi noted that the implementation plan, formulated by Zubair EDC consultants, served as the foundation for this phase. She confirmed that the initial set of programs and services offered by AZM to its inaugural affiliates would encompass marketing strategies, visual identity development, and packaging designs for AZM-registered products. Additionally, workshops focusing on contemporary marketing fields would be conducted for the members.
Al Mahrouqi stressed that the AZM initiative aims for a transformative impact on products tailored for people with disabilities. It aims to enhance their sustainability and foster economic independence for individuals with special needs. Al Mahrouqi added, “This effort aligns seamlessly with EDC’s strategy of nurturing an entrepreneurial culture among people with disabilities, enabling them to nurture and advance their business ventures.”
Salha Al Alawi, a senior official in the projects department at Al Jisr Foundation, expressed her pride in the initiative, stating, “We take great pride in this initiative as it embodies the Foundation’s mission of empowering communities and ensuring equal opportunities for various segments of society, especially this vital group, in the pursuit of sustainable development. Our initial focus was on the first partner associated with the brand, strategically placing emphasis on government rehabilitation centres in Muscat Governorate and its outskirts. These include prominent centres such as the National Autism Centre, the Vocational Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre, as well as Al Wafa Centres in the Wilayat of Al Amerat and the Wilayat of Bidbid. These centres were chosen due to their preparedness in manufacturing products of high quality in bulk quantities. We eagerly anticipate witnessing the remarkable successes that these projects are bound to achieve in the near future.”
Al Alawi also stated that AZM’s services aim to showcase and emphasise the unique products crafted by individuals with disabilities, thereby boosting sales. It encourages product owners to register their trademarks to avail themselves of the services and advantages offered by the trademark.
Dr. Nadia Al Ajmi, Director of the National Autism Centre, emphasised that this project signifies a significant positive stride in preparing and empowering individuals with special needs in the realm of entrepreneurship. Their integration into entrepreneurial ventures not only harnesses their capabilities but also promotes their financial stability. She highlighted the Ministry’s commitment to supporting such initiatives, channelling efforts to offer necessary opportunities and resources to fulfil its objectives. This initiative underscores the dedication to fostering social solidarity and empowering every individual within our society. Dr. Nadia expressed hope for increased support from the private sector, aiming to socially empower individuals and assist them in self-reliance for the future.
AZM is an initiative introduced by Al Jisr Charitable Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development. The initiative aims to boost consumer trust in products designed for individuals with special needs that bear the AZM logo, making them the preferred choice. This is achieved by creating awareness that these products under the brand adhere to consistent manufacturing standards in terms of quality, regulations, and packaging, ensuring reliability and quality assurance for consumers.
