The forum gathered HR professionals and leaders from across the Corporation to engage in insightful discussions, share best practices, and celebrate achievements in the HR field.
Sharifa Al Balushi, Group Head of the Human Capital Centre of Excellence, inaugurated the forum with an inspiring speech, emphasising the Corporation’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This commitment is part of the broader goal of cultivating a thriving workplace culture that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
One of the key highlights of the forum was the introduction of the Continuous Learning Policy, designed to ensure that employees are provided with opportunities for ongoing professional development. This policy underscores The Zubair Corporation’s belief in equipping its workforce with the skills and knowledge necessary to remain agile and competitive in today’s evolving business landscape.
The event also incorporated team-building activities amongst 37 participants, fostering stronger collaboration between HR teams across the Corporation.
