In continuation of the series of events organised by the Bank to enhance communication with customers and discuss the latest developments in the sector, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, hosted a special event for Government Banking customers in Muscat Governorate. The event aims to discuss new developments in corporate banking, and enhance communication and cooperation with these institutions to achieve common goals.
During the event which witnessed great turn out, Dr. Amer Al Rawas, Consultant and Coach in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, gave an interesting presentation about government digital transformation, with a focus on administrative challenges and artificial intelligence. He also touched upon key concepts in relation with digital transformation, including improving the quality of services, increasing productivity and efficiency, as well as, promoting innovation.
These events emphasises Bank Muscat’s commitment to enhancing leadership in the banking sector, particularly through digital transformation which comes in line with the goals of Oman Vision 2040 and contribute to economic growth. The Bank is dedicated to leveraging digital capabilities to improve the quality of services provided to government institutions and companies, ensuring alignment with the latest developments in this field.
