As part of its continued efforts to empower entrepreneurs and foster sustainable partnerships, the Zubair Enterprise Development Centre (Zubair EDC)has facilitated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)between the Swedish Center; a subsidiary of Abraj Al Zahra Investment, a beneficiary of the Centre’s 2017 Direct Support Programme and KANAKAVEDA Healthcare, a leading Indian healthcare institution.
This collaboration marks a strategic step toward strengthening Oman’s position in the fields of medical tourism and specialised healthcare, aligning with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 to diversify tourism offerings and enhance non-oil revenue streams. The partnership aims to introduce specialised treatment programs that combine traditional medicine with modern technology, providing advanced solutions that improve patients’ quality of life.
