Oman saw highest number of births in August this year

Muscat: Oman saw at least 7,000 live births in August alone, which is the highest number this year.

National Centre for statistics and Information said, “There were 7,234 live births in Oman in August, the highest number since the beginning of 2021. There were almost 10 births per hour in August and 93 per cent of them are Omani.”
