Muscat: A dual carriageway linking the Al Batinah Expressway with the center of Saham has been opened for traffic.
“Opening of dual carriageway for traffic linking Al Batinah Expressway with the center of Wilayat of Saham in the North Al Batinah Governorate. This includes two dual lanes with a length of 16 km,” the Oman News Agency, said in a statement.
