A meeting was held in the office of the Director-General of the Al Dakhiliyah Municipality to discuss the operation of the first phase of the Nizwa Central Market parking lot.
The meeting was hosted by the official of the company that won the bid for the operation of the parking lot.
During the meeting, the investor’s work plan was reviewed. Clarity was sought on operational processes.
The bid to operate and invest in the market came after repeated requests from shoppers and merchants.
Nizwa market is one of the important centers for shopping on the occasions of Eid al Fitr and Eid alAdha. The new parking lot will help to ease movement of peoples and vehicles during rush hours.
