من شروط التقدم أن تكون لديه شهادة البكالريوس في أحد التخصصات التالية:
Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or Administration or equivalent

Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that their waiting is kept to a minimum.
Assist in managing CEO’s diary if needed and schedule, plan and priorities appointments and set up meeting invitations.
Review all incoming mails
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up action items as needed.
Screen and log all incoming phone calls to the CEO’s Office and handle any enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist to set up and organise meetings, conference and any other special events
Take dictations, prepare presentations and other written correspondence on behalf of the CEO and respond to letters ensuring correspondence is signed off before distributing.
Organise CEO’s travel itineraries and hotel bookings in line with company policies and procedures.
Assist with translating documents
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing and mailing.
Liaise with knowledge management / document control team to ensure incoming and outgoing documents are logged, recorded and filed appropriately.
Maintain a proper filing system at all times and ensure hard and soft copies of all official documents filed appropriately ensuring confidentiality of information at all times.
