Muscat: The Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) on Monday began the naval drill “Assad Al Bahar” or “Sea Lion” in Al Batinah coastal zone.
The drill, which continues till October 28, sees the participation of RNO ship crews and with the support of aircrafts from the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO).
The drill is part of RNO’s annual training plans, which aim to sustain preparedness in all fields. –ONA
