- Employee Relations
Responsibilities
Propose and participate in preparing employee relations strategies for OQ.
Ensure a deep understanding of local and international rules & regulations relating to relevant country Labour law, monitor and analyze changes in trends and regulations, propose pro-active recommendations direction and impact.
Provide guidance on ER/IR matters – to Talent Partners, Leaders – through active facilitation and resolution of issues, consistent with relevant country Labor Law, Policies and procedures.
Participate in preparing Employee Relation programs and initiatives
Participate in conducting different staff survey, analyze and present the findings, and track the action plans.
Guide stakeholders in fact finding to provide necessary context to resolve disputes, grievances or disciplinary cases.
Coordinate research into Employee relations cases to identify trends, patterns or aggravating and mitigating circumstances.
Represents management as a technical adviser for substantive issues by strengthening the partnership between management and labour organizations
Adhere to HSE protocols and procedures
Support the integration program as needed
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR of ER/IR field preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Professional experience in Omani Labour Law
Sound knowledge of the regulatory and legislation
Developed and successfully implemented ER Strategies and Policies.

Responsibilities
Manage Digital technologies budget and assure valuable investment allocation
Ensure proper Digital handover from delivery teams to operations teams and IT/OT
Set Digital performance targets for the department and evaluate/enforce performance against targets
Provide expert advisory services for Digital use case development, implementation and operations
Ensure continuous research for capabilities development
Oversee the delivery of the committed Digital portfolio of projects
Monitor the development of emerging Digital technology expertise
Oversee the design and development of Digital readiness metrics for the overall team to show improvements
Experience
+7 years of Business, Engineering or Information Technology related experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, strategic business planning and new technology research
Working experience in Digital initiatives in Oil & Gas, energy or utilities field
Very good understanding of Digital technologies
Very good Communication & Presentation skill
