Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person on charges of running over an expatriate and fleeing from the scene of the accident.
“The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested a person on charges of running over an expatriate and fleeing from the scene of the accident, which resulted in the death of the victim, and legal procedures are being completed against him,” ROP said.
