- Senior Service IT Engineer
Requirements:
Respond to customer call-outs.
Evaluate and solve issues using Logical thinking and problem solving abilities
Assist with the installation of equipment.
Liaise with and working alongside technical sales engineers.
Offer customer training.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to customers.
Plan and schedule planned and unplanned work.
Repair, test and maintain equipment sold to customers.
Diagnose breakdown problems.
Monitor the performance of products.
Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Make recommendations to maintenance technicians.
Offer feedback on future product development, features and functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in IT, Computer or Networking.
At least 6 years of experience in similar position is a must.
Excellent command of English language.
Excellent communication, negotiation and Presentation skills
Work Under Pressure
DELL Products Experience Like (VXRail , VSAN , HCI , Storages, Servers ) is preferred
Ability to learn new technologies in short time
