Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Sunday issued the following Royal Decrees.
- A Royal Decree promoting Brigadier General Muhammad bin Rabie Al-Shujaibi to the rank of major general and assistant to the head of the Internal Security Service for operations.
- A Royal Decree promoting Brigadier General Saif bin Salman Al-Shukaili to the rank of major general and assistant to the head of the Internal Security Service for administrative support.
HM also granted the Oman Civil Order of the second degree to the former Chief of Royal Protocol Juma’ah bin Rashid al-Balushi in appreciation of his good efforts in performing his duties.
