Muscat: Despite constant warnings not to take risks in the wadis, the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority dealt with a new drowning case of a citizen in Wadi Al-Huqain in Rustaq.
“Rescue teams at the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in the Governorate of South Al Batinah responded to a report that a citizen drowned in the Wadi Al Hoqain stream in the Wilayat of Rustaq, where he was recovered by the citizens and taken to the hospital but he was dead,” the Authority said.
