Muscat: Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) on Wednesday hosted an Uzbek delegation, which is visiting Oman to explore investment opportunities in both countries.
The meeting also explored means of enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.
The visiting delegation was headed by Furkat Sidikov, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan. Businessmen from both countries were present during the meeting.
Several B2B meetings were held between Omani and Uzbek businessmen from several sectors, particularly energy, mining, food industries and construction materials.
