HH Sayyid Fahd receives Speaker of Hungarian National Assembly

Muscat: HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers received here on Sunday Dr Laszlo Kover, Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary.

At the outset of the meeting, HH Sayyid Fahd reviewed the relations between Oman and Hungary, stressing the importance of supporting bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various areas to serve the joint interests.

The two sides also touched during the meeting on the regional and international developments.

The meeting was attended by Khalid Hilal al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council. It was also attended by Shaikh Al Fadhl Mohammed al Harthy, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Mohammed Nassir al Wahibi, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Barnabas Fodor,Ambassador of Hungary to the Sultanate of Oman.
