In recognition of its commitment to providing the best banking services to customers and meeting their various banking needs, Bank Muscat, the leading financial service provider in the Sultanate of Oman, has recently inaugurated its Karsha service center in the Wilayat of Nizwa, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. The service center was inaugurated under the patronage of Sheikh Saud bin Saif Al Mawali, Deputy Wali of Nizwa, in the presence of a number of executives and officials from the Bank.
The inauguration of the new service center came with the aim to keep pace with the growth and progress witnessed in Nizwa and satisfy the needs of customers by providing them with the best banking services and facilities. The new center is spacious and it features a modern and distinctive design, backed with high-level technologies in order to keep pace with current and future developments. During the past period, Bank Muscat has enhanced its network of service centers as well as branches across the Sultanate. The Bank now owns a number of 8 service centers distributed in various governorates in the country.
In the new service center, customers will be serviced to initiate and process various account opening transactions. To allow them to process their transactions in an efficient and quick manner, the service center has been equipped with qualified and experienced staff to serve customers. It is also facilitated with different means of comfort and modern technologies, underscoring the Bank’s dedication to modernizing its network of branches and service centers and keeping pace with the constant advancements of the banking sector.

Bank Muscat takes pride in its wide network of branches, currently reaching 184 branches distributed across the Sultanate. The Bank also has over 870 ATMs, CDMs, and self-service machines available at these branches.
