Continuing its series of educational seminars aimed at familiarizing customers across the Sultanate of Oman with its cutting-edge electronic platforms, Bank Muscat, the Sultanate’s leading financial services provider, recently hosted a seminar in Nizwa, Al Dhakhliyah Governorate. The session showcased the Bank’s extensive range of banking products and services available through its internet and mobile platforms. It was delivered by technical expert and entrepreneur Salim bin Mohammed Al Badi, and attracted significant customer participation.

During these seminars, attendees explored a variety of mobile and online banking services, including instant local and international money transfers, subscription to public offerings, charitable donations, bill payments, investments, account opening for children, card applications, and other essential banking functions that allow customers to conveniently complete without visiting a branch.
For SMEs and business owners, the seminars demonstrated how they can manage their company accounts and cards, conduct payroll transactions, view loan repayment details, make local and international transfers, request VAT statements, order checkbooks, pay bills and suppliers, handle taxes, and open fixed deposit accounts.
To further strengthen its digital services, Bank Muscat has launched several new payment options for users of smart devices. These additions enhance the digital payment landscape, providing customers with convenient and secure alternatives to carrying physical cards while shopping. The Bank’s payment solutions also cover point-of-sale transactions, online payments, and the acceptance of various debit, credit and prepaid cards, both locally and internationally. Additionally, the Bank offers instant payment settlements, round-the-clock support services and help desk to ensure a seamless customer experience.
