More than just a delivery service, iO eats positions itself as the region’s first multi-brand, lifestyle food platform. Customers can mix and match dishes from different F&B brands in a single order—a first-of-its-kind feature in Oman that allows complete freedom of choice. With iO eats, users can also hire a private chef for private events at home, order meal prep kits designed for health, lifestyle and convenience, and discover exclusive digital food brands—many co-created with Oman’s top culinary influencers.
To further enhance the user journey, iO eats offers users the ability to earn “Bites” loyalty points on every order to unlock future rewards and discounts.
