    poor soul, the centre of my sinful earth
    poor soul is a distinction between the soul and the body and how the poor soul is a centre of a sinful earth, he says our soul is pure and immortal but looses its shine (tarn) because of our sinful body. the purity has been corrupted because of our wishes and desires, and fights against the soul making it helpless. the poet personifies the soul and tells the soul not to be sad or suffer or what the body does, he tells the soul man will live for a short time on earth. he will fade away and will become useless.the poet tells us not to become victims of our body but pay attention to our soul because it is divine and eternal. he also says worms would eat up the body in the grave while the soul would rejoice and thus he tells us how the soul is superior than the body.
    in the beginning the soul is pitied but at the end it is superior and powerful.

    IF the soul is far away from its body, the person becomes useless. There would be no point of his existance in this life

      Again Gareeb you forgot to add the poem

      William Shakespeare - Sonnet #146

      Poor soul, the centre of my sinful earth,
      My sinful earth these rebel powers array,
      Why dost thou pine within and suffer dearth,
      Painting thy outward walls so costly gay?
      Why so large cost, having so short a lease,
      Dost thou upon thy fading mansion spend?
      Shall worms, inheritors of this excess,
      Eat up thy charge? Is this the body's end?
      Then, soul, live thou upon thy servant's loss,
      And let that pine to aggravate thy store;
      Buy terms divine in selling hours of dross;
      Within be fed, without be rich no more:

      So shalt thou feed on death, that feeds on men,
      And death once dead, there's no more dying then.

      يا سرب الطيور يا عايد
      عسى طيري معاكم عاد
      ترى شوقي عليه زايد
      ولا أدري ليه صرنا بعاد
