    Many people think wisely and visually some people think with words. The author says visualising is a great method of finding solutionc to everyday problems. A person who thinks visually see the picture more clearly the author talks about linear thinking which is traditional and very logical but lateral thinking find different way to solve a problem. The author gives us tow examples. Once an owner of a small company was facing a problem where the employees came late to work everyday he tried the linear method by talking to each one separately but it was of no use. He then tried the lateral method by clicking polaroid pictures every 15 minutes from opening to closing time and fixing it on the office bulletin board the pictures revealed facts of indiscipline towards time and there was a tremendous change in the employees.
    Another example is if a telephone company that has a training programme for operators and supervisorc the programme was a big success and other companies tried to pick them but it did not help because other companies gave them still better perks. A comment made by a manager at a meeting like ) I had like to chop their legs ( helped other managers to think laterally and hire people who were handicapped and hence other companies did not hire them. The author gives us many examples and tell us not to limit our thinking though it seems like he contradicts himself when he asks us to set limits means he is telling us to set a framework to solve a certain problem and to work within it.

    it really talks about a modern focus in nowadays marketing
    I also heard, that when a person starts to dream in English, he or she started to manage the language successfully
    all about picturing everything in the mind
