hi sis
first of all the word is advices not advances if u can correct it
my advice for u is to watch movies & concentrate on the translation of the word
there are several words that can be repeated many times so try to focus on them in order to learn new vocabulary
confidence is important and I don't know why we hesitate when we speak to native speakers but when we talk to our friends we feel more confident
try to practise more

Hello my dear
first of all you have to have confidence when you want to speak English
so try to improve your english by keep talking even with your self i know may be it's crazy idea but belief me it will work.
when you speak with your self try to record your voice so that you will be able to notice your mistake and it will give you a confidant to speak as well.
try to watch moves or even the news but in english to know how to pronounce the words and .
what is the common words they use
this is my advice to you and good luck

The only thing that I trust in to improve my language is reading

Like I said before read as much as you can

Reading improves your vocabualry, speaking and writing

My advice for you breaker the gap between you and anthers and go on to speak with anybody without any fear .Don’t pay attention to any mistakes. Try to find someone to speak to him. In the end I’m sure you will get better. Thank you
