Smiling is the language that all people can understand. It brightens the darkness in our poetry .It is the action that we can draw in our fasces and open our hearts for others. In this essay, I will cast light on how smile affects our physical, emotional health and our relationships. In addition, I will dwell on how smile can enrich our health and our relations.
How can we help our bodies to stay healthy? Sure, no one likes going to hospital, so what is helping us to stay healthy? A smile benefits our physical health. When we have pains, and we laugh or smile, we feel better. What is the secret? Why do we feel better? This is because smiling can help our bodies to produce the endorphin. Endorphin helps us stay healthy and decreases the pains. Moreover, a smile helps us to relieve stress and headache. When I feel sad or depressed, I chat with my friends in funny ways. After that, I feel better.
Furthermore, smiling assists us to decrease the blood pressure. Therefore, our heart beats effectively and then blood goes everywhere to the whole of our body. Smiling lends a hand on our beauty. When we a smile we move 17 muscles in our faces. As a result, ithelps us to look younger.
Can a smile affect our emotions? A smile affects our feeling, so it affects our emotional health. When we have a problem and we smile and face it, we feel more comfortable. When some of my classmates talked about me badly and they were gossiping about me, I was frowning. When I was frowning, I became sad and even cried. Now, I do not mind about others and I smile when I have a problem. This is because, no one needs my tears and everyone who loves me wants my smile. Consequently, a smile changes my mood. How can a smile change our moods? When someone smiles, he/she seems kind, positive, and successful. Hence, they will work in their work places comfortably from the deepness of their hearts.
What will you do when you smile for someone and that person frowns to you? How will this reaction affect your judgment of that person? Most of us judge a person from the first meeting. When we smile, we give a good impression to the people who communicate with us. Consequently, we look friendly, and therefore, we can make friendship easily and effectively. In addition, our smiles may induce people to fall in love with us, as the Arabian saying about love’s steps: look, smile, meet, date, and love. Another point is, when we smile, people can communicate with us comfortably. For instance, one of my teachers was too much funny and cheerful during the class. I dealt with him comfortably. However, I had a teacher who was serious. As a result, I did not like the class and I did not participate in the class. All these things may happen just because of our smiles. Smile is the meaning of our communication.
