Well i think that the level of English for English Language teachers should be high (they better be native speakers) ......

[align=left]Yes It does effect A LOT I mean one of my teachers use to say: "beoble" when he was trying to say "people" I don’t think that he got enough education or at least speaking class to come and teach students how to Say "beoble" that is not good enough and if he cant say it right why the HELL did he took English teaching if he cant right? I mean come one…. That’s what I think anyway
