to answer ur question , i think that so many things make u choose the country u want to study in. for me , i don't care about the country as much as i care about the major it self and why i want this major and how i will help the humanity by applying that science and experience i;ve learned frome my major. so one answer i can tell u . that i don't care even if it is in china if i can learn the major i want. and as our prophet peace be upon him said((ask for science even in china))
